The position of Document Management Officer - Archiving is suitable for you if:

- you have completed secondary or higher education, preferably in economics.
As Document Management Officer - Archiving you will have the following responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the registration and management of documents in the company's internal archive;
- You manage the interdepartmental flow of documents (in relation to branches and Client Advisors, Legal and Collection Departments);
- Ensure the registration and management of documents, liaise with the external archiving and storage service provider;
- Ensures the confidentiality of archive information, integrity and security of documents;
- Implement work processes and procedures related to the management of credit contracts, guarantee contracts, etc.
