The position of Document Management Officer - Archiving is suitable for you if:

  • you enjoy working in finance with a supportive and friendly attitude towards figures, data and documents;

  • you have analytical thinking, logical thinking, concentration, good communication and interpersonal skills, commitment, reliability, initiative, planning and organisational skills;
  • you have knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office;
  • you have completed secondary or higher education, preferably in economics.

As Document Management Officer - Archiving you will have the following responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the registration and management of documents in the company's internal archive;
  • You manage the interdepartmental flow of documents (in relation to branches and Client Advisors, Legal and Collection Departments);
  • Ensure the registration and management of documents, liaise with the external archiving and storage service provider;
  • Ensures the confidentiality of archive information, integrity and security of documents;
  • Implement work processes and procedures related to the management of credit contracts, guarantee contracts, etc.
