The position of Senior Accountant suits you if you have:

• A confirmed interest in the field of finance and accounting;
• + 3/5 years experience in accounting, financial analysis or controlling, preferably in non-banking financial institutions or banks;
• Solid experience in statutory accounting;
• Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is an advantage;
• Higher financial education;
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, Charisma, SAP desirable with exposure in MS Power BI, SAP tools;
• Flexibility, clarity, conciseness, organization;
• Attention to detail and friendly attitude towards figures and data;
• Integrity and a proven penchant for rules and procedures.

Your responsibilities are:

• Monthly reconciliation and participation in monthly month-end closing operations;
• Develops and constructs verification and correlation reports between various reports in order to ensure correlation of data across all BNR reports;
• Day-to-day responsibilities related to counting bank statements, recording and reconciling accruals and deferred payments;
• Prepare financial, statistical, prudential reports to the National Bank of Romania;
• Recording of various operations and accounts;
• Participation in the SAP migration project.
