Responsibilities of the role:
- Promote and sell agricultural insurance products in the portfolio;
- Contacting farm customers in the assigned area and providing information related to the company's services and insurance products brokered;
- Participating in the development of offers tailored to customer requirements;
- Collaborating with the team, regional directors and area managers of Agricover Group divisions to implement the cross-selling plan;
- Negotiating and concluding insurance contracts, drawing up and sending premium statements, following up the collection of insurance premiums;
- Providing support and advice to customers, involvement in solving problems related to the implementation of insurance contracts concluded with assigned customers;
- Maintaining solid and harmonious relations with the clients in the portfolio;
- Participating in the design of sales and marketing policies and strategies and ensuring their implementation in the assigned area;
- Initiating and coordinating the implementation of sales projects specific to telesales activities and proposing methods and procedures to increase sales performance and efficiency;
- Ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction both pre and post-sales;
- Preparing and presenting reports (weekly, monthly and ad-hoc);
- Monitoring sales performance of assigned customers;
- Preparation and analysis of forecasts on volumes of PBS brokered and sales values by time period;
- Involvement in the development and implementation of the annual/quarterly sales budget for allocated customers;
- Updating information in the database.
