As an Account Manager, you will be part of a skilled internal telesales team, developing innovative services for the agricultural market.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a regional portfolio of customers, aiming to meet the company mission and values.
  • Develop and submit customized offers that meet the needs and requirements of customers.
  • Contact by phone the Agricover group farmers in the assigned area to create special and targeted offers.
  • Collaborate with the field team, regional directors and area managers from Agricover divisions to develop cross-selling plans.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with customers, while ensuring the resolution of any contract-related issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the portfolio.
  • Participate in the creation of sales and marketing strategies and ensure their implementation in the assigned area.
  • Initiate and coordinate the implementation of sales projects and suggest methods to increase performance.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction both before and after the sale by taking necessary steps.
  • Attend regional and national events to network with the external client.
  • Prepare and present reports as required.
  • Monitor sales progress and performance.
