Meet Ioan Rotaru, one of the trainees of the 3rd series of the "Young Leaders" programme

Today we are talking about Ioan Rotaru, a 25-year-old young man from Orhei, Republic of Moldova. He applied to this programme with the main objectives of sharing his experience with other colleagues in the field, and also because he wanted to discover another perspective that would help him make his business more efficient and increase productivity.

John runs a farm with his family based on cereal crops (wheat, maize, sunflower and barley) and a 40 ha lake which he develops for sport fishing and agrotourism.
