Payroll Specialist

Our new colleague will be part of talented internal HR team as payroll specialist and active support in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors.

Your main responsibilities

  • Actively involved in the SAP SuccessFactors implementation process.
  • Provides support and advice to the management team on various cases regarding labor and tax legislation related to salary.
  • Ensures the elaboration of the individual employment contracts and modifications of the contractual elements in the system and the transmission to ReviSal.
  • Prepares and archives the personnel files of employees.
  • Calculates net and gross salary bonuses, occasional or permanent salary increases.
  • Ensures the calculation of the monthly salary and of the contributions and taxes that are withheld and transferred by the employer.
  • Generates and validates payment statements (salary calculation).
  • Generates and submits the D112 declaration on social contributions.
  • Generates the salary accounting note and the monthly reports according to the accounting plan.
  • Makes various reports at the request of management.
  • Ensures the relationship with the state institutions.
  • Manages the benefits of the employees, the packages granted and transmits the input-output situation.
  • Provides information for the preparation of the annual Business Plan on salaries and salary costs.
  • Prepares, evaluates, and proposes efficiency solutions regarding payroll and administration management reports.

What you need to apply

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Working experience with Charisma HCM
  • Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors implementation – is an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of Human Resources processes, practices, and principles
  • Very good knowledge of labor legislation and tax legislation related to salaries
  • Certificate of human resources inspector; salary inspector
  • Relational ability, decision, and good communication skills
  • Responsibility and result orientation
  • Correctness, receptivity, flexibility, and creativity
  • Capacity for analysis and synthesis
  • Very good MS Office skills (advanced level)
  • Advanced level in English.
